Ingredients
Scale
Sauce Mixture
- 1 can Coconut Milk (13.5 oz)
- 3 tablespoons Soyaki Sauce
- 1/2 bottle Trader Joe’s Thai Red Curry Sauce (about 7 oz)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
Layers
- 2 handfuls Baby Spinach (about 2 cups)
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Frozen Pork or Chicken Gyoza Potstickers (about 12-16 potstickers)
Garnish
- Green Onions, chopped (2 stalks)
- Trader Joe’s Chili Onion Crunch (to taste, about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce mixture: In a glass casserole dish, combine the coconut milk, soyaki sauce, Thai red curry sauce, and minced garlic. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed to create a flavorful base for the bake.
- Add spinach and potstickers: Layer two handfuls of baby spinach evenly over the sauce mixture. Then, arrange the frozen gyoza potstickers on top of the spinach in a single layer to ensure they cook evenly.
- Cover and bake: Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil to trap steam and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes. This allows the potstickers to cook through and the flavors to meld.
- Finish baking uncovered: Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes at the same temperature. This step crisps the potstickers’ edges and thickens the sauce slightly.
- Add garnish and serve: Remove the bake from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions and Trader Joe’s Chili Onion Crunch over the top. Serve hot for a delicious, spicy, and crunchy finish.
Notes
- Ensure the potstickers are arranged in a single layer to cook evenly and get crispy edges.
- Covering the dish tightly during initial baking steams the potstickers to cook through fully.
- You can substitute pork or chicken potstickers depending on preference or diet.
- For extra heat, add more Chili Onion Crunch or serve with a side of chili sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven for best texture.
