Description

This refreshing Strawberry Açaí Lemonade combines the sweet and tangy flavors of fresh strawberries, acai powder, and a blend of fruit juices, creating a vibrant and invigorating beverage perfect for a hot day or a delightful treat. Enhanced with a touch of green coffee bean extract for a subtle caffeine boost, this drink is both flavorful and invigorating.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruit Base

  • 6 fresh strawberries, vibrant red, firm and fragrant

Powder and Sweetener

  • ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) acai powder
  • 1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) green coffee bean extract (omit for caffeine-free version)

Juices and Liquid

  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) white grape juice
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) passionfruit juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pink lemonade

Others

  • Ice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: In a bowl, smash 4 fresh strawberries until they become juicy and release their sweetness. Break them down thoroughly to create a flavorful base for the drink.
  2. Mix powders and sweetener: Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of acai powder into the smashed strawberries. If desired, add ¼ teaspoon of green coffee bean extract for a caffeine boost and mix well to combine evenly.
  3. Add juices: In a cocktail shaker, pour 4 tablespoons of white grape juice, 4 tablespoons of passionfruit juice, and 1 cup of pink lemonade.
  4. Combine and shake: Add the strawberry mixture to the cocktail shaker with the juices. Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and the flavors meld together.
  5. Prepare the glass: Fill a tall glass with ice to chill the drink thoroughly.
  6. Serve and garnish: Pour the shaken mixture over the ice. Garnish with sliced strawberries inside the glass and place one whole strawberry on the rim for decoration.

Notes

  • For a caffeine-free version, omit the green coffee bean extract.
  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Add more or less sugar according to your taste preference.
  • This recipe is perfect for a single serving but can be easily scaled up for more servings.
  • Shaking the mixture well is essential to blend the flavors and chill the drink.
