Description

This easy Air Fryer S’mores recipe brings the classic campfire treat indoors for a quick and delicious dessert. Using an air fryer, you get perfectly toasted marshmallows and melted chocolate in just minutes, all without the need for a campfire or oven. It’s ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth with minimal effort and mess.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 whole graham crackers (30g)
  • 2 large marshmallows
  • 1 (1.45-ounce/41g) chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Assemble the s’mores: Break each graham cracker in half to create 4 squares. Place two graham cracker halves on the air fryer basket or tray. Lay one large marshmallow and a square of chocolate bar on each cracker.
  3. Air fry the s’mores: Carefully place the basket or tray into the air fryer and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffed, and the chocolate is melted.
  4. Top and serve: Remove the air fryer basket. Place the remaining graham cracker halves on top of the melted marshmallow and chocolate to form the s’mores sandwiches. Press gently and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the marshmallows as air fryer times can vary depending on the model.
  • For extra gooey s’mores, use fresh, fluffy marshmallows and avoid overcooking.
  • Try different types of chocolate like milk, dark, or even peanut butter cups for variety.
  • Use parchment paper under the graham crackers to catch any drips and make clean-up easier.
