Description

These Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles are a refreshing and creamy frozen treat combining rich cold brew coffee with sweetened condensed milk and a hint of vanilla. Perfect for coffee lovers looking to cool down with an easy-to-make dessert that captures the smooth flavors of their favorite morning beverage in popsicle form.

Ingredients

Scale

Cold Brew Mixture

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cold brew coffee, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Fill Molds: Pour the combined mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full to allow room for expansion during freezing.
  3. Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into each mold and ensure they are positioned stably to prevent shifting as the popsicles freeze.
  4. Freeze: Put the molds in the freezer and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until the popsicles are completely solid.
  5. Release Popsicles: To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10-15 seconds and then gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

  • Use any type of milk you prefer, including almond, oat, or soy milk, for a dairy-free option.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sweetened condensed milk to suit your taste.
  • If you don’t have cold brew coffee, you can use strongly brewed coffee that has cooled down completely.
  • For a richer vanilla flavor, consider adding a little more vanilla extract or a vanilla bean paste.
  • Freeze times may vary depending on your freezer settings; ensure the popsicles are fully frozen before attempting to remove.
