Cheese and Cream Base

- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup chopped corned beef or pastrami
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F to ensure it’s ready for baking your dip evenly and thoroughly.
- Combine Cream Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with shredded Swiss and mozzarella cheeses along with the Thousand Island dressing. Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniformly blended.
- Add Sauerkraut and Meat: Fold in the drained sauerkraut and chopped corned beef or pastrami. Mix well to combine all the flavors evenly throughout the dip.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or an oven-safe skillet, then spread the combined mixture evenly inside.
- Bake the Dip: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the edges turn a golden brown.
