Instructions
- Dissolve Jello: In a medium mixing bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in 1 cup boiling water, stirring for about 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Add Cold Water and Ice: In a measuring cup, combine 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup crushed ice, then stir into the dissolved Jello mixture. Stir until the ice melts and the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
- Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently whisk or fold in the 1 cup of whipped topping until fully blended and the mixture turns a light pink, fluffy texture.
- Chill: Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a medium dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
