- 1/3 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Melt Peanut Butter and Honey: In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter and honey until smooth and warm. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Let cool slightly, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Press into Pan: Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Slice and Serve: Lift out using the parchment paper, then cut into bars.
