Scale
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, ripe banana, vanilla extract, optional chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. This mixture forms the base of your fudgesicles.
- Blend Mixture: Blend all ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little more maple syrup or honey.
- Pour into Molds: Evenly pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, making sure to leave some space at the top for expansion during freezing.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until the fudgesicles are fully solid.
- Remove and Serve: To easily release the fudgesicles from molds, run the molds briefly under warm water and gently pull out each fudgesicle. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy treat!
Notes
- For extra creaminess, substitute half of the almond milk with full-fat coconut milk.
- Store fudgesicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Try adding a tablespoon of peanut butter to the mixture for a chocolate peanut butter variation.
