Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking equipment by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly greasing a muffin tin if you prefer mini meatloaves.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley if using. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix to keep the meatloaves tender.
- Shape the Meatloaves: Form the mixture into 4 to 6 mini loaves. Place them evenly spaced on your prepared baking sheet or arrange into the muffin tin cups. For added flavor and presentation, sprinkle a bit of extra Parmesan cheese on top of each meatloaf.
