  • 1 cup strong, good quality brewed coffee, frozen into cubes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Coffee Cubes: Brew strong, good quality coffee and pour it into an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid, ideally overnight, to create coffee ice cubes that prevent the frappe from becoming diluted.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Place the frozen coffee cubes, milk, sugar, and caramel syrup into a blender. Do not add whipped cream at this stage.
  3. Blend the Mixture: Blend the ingredients until the coffee cubes are crushed and the mixture is smooth and frothy. If blending is difficult or uneven, let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes to soften the ice cubes, then blend again until well combined.
  4. Add Toppings: Pour the blended frappe into a glass. Optionally, top with whipped cream and drizzle extra caramel syrup on top for added sweetness and decoration.
