Ingredients
Scale
Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked pasta (rigatoni, bow tie, penne, or rotini work best)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: marinara or dipping sauce for serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and let it cool slightly to remove excess moisture.
- Season pasta: In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese until all pieces are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Air fryer method: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned pasta in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping, until the pasta chips turn golden and crispy.
- Oven method: Alternatively, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned pasta evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping the pasta pieces halfway through to achieve uniform crispiness and a golden color.
- Serve: Allow the pasta chips to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them with marinara sauce or your preferred dipping sauce for an irresistible snack.
