Packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, they support glowing skin and sustained energy, making them perfect for healthy, on-the-go snacking.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Blue Majik powder (spirulina extract)

Optional

  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or dried blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and sea salt until evenly distributed.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Blue Majik powder until smooth and uniformly colored.
  3. Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  4. Add optional mix-ins: Fold in mini chocolate chips or dried blueberries, if using, to add extra texture and flavor.
  5. Chill the mixture: Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm up the mixture, making it easier to handle.
  6. Form energy balls: Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls using your hands.
  7. Store properly: Place the energy balls in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Blue Majik powder to achieve your desired color intensity and flavor.
  • For allergy-friendly alternatives, swap almond butter with cashew or sunflower seed butter.
  • These energy balls freeze well and can be stored for up to 3 months.
